Our Approach

Here's our approach to how we handle all of our precious clients.

Proposal Preparation

We prepare a proposal, listing the services we will provide to meet the client's specific requirements. We adjust the proposal as necessary to meet the client's requirements. When the client is satisfied with the proposal, we give the information to our janitorial crew to make sure they do their jobs exactly the way the client has requested.

Continuous Improvement & Follow-up

We continue to monitor the services that the crews are performing throughout the length of the contract. We inspect crews on site as they work, and we check back with clients to ensure their satisfaction.

Initial Consultation

We consult with clients to find out exactly what their requirements are. We meet clients at their facilities and inspect the premises by conducting a walk thru. We look carefully at all items that will need cleaning and discuss with clients exactly how we will clean them.
